Welcome to the membership page! Our Heart Beach Garden Concierge membership is a proprietary community that we offer all of our clients, to help facilitate a supportive community centered on their needs. As part of our concierge program, we also have a unique package: the Personal Navigator and Community Package.

Exploring the Personal Navigator and Community Package

Our concierge service is provided to assist cancer survivors, cancer patients, and others with the opportunity to take part in a community especially designed for their needs. Our membership is unique and available to those affected by breast cancer and all other forms of the disease. In our membership package, you will find the following:

A Dedicated Client Portal

This portal will be your gateway to your personal information, as well as your customization features for your community! We will also provide you with a welcome packet, forms, and assessments to learn about your health learning style preferences.

If you have any materials or documents that you need to retrieve, we will also provide complimentary retrieval of all third-party documentation of your medical records.

Individual Orientation and Guidance

As part of our membership, you will also receive exclusive access to a personal tour of the Heart Beach Garden Concierge with a personal navigator. All you have to do is set up an appointment for 30 minutes, and then you can check in on the telehealth platform!

We also offer virtual guidance to help you set up your account, get your first appointment booked, and to provide you with a follow-up to your first official visit. We also include an optional self-guided orientation tour of the platform if desired.

Virtual Reality Communities

One of the most exciting developments is the virtual reality platforms that we have created. We understand the need to find a community of people, alas, a virtual reality platform was the best option to embrace a global community of cancer patients and cancer survivors!

Our AltSpaceVR and FrameVR platforms allow you to have 3D avatars and explore the Heart Beach Garden world of tranquility, complete with a tropical island landscape and amenities such as fire pits, event halls, game rooms, work rooms, the gym, healing rooms, and even TV screens.

Complimentary Resources for Learning and Relaxation

As part of our platform, we also provide complimentary access to webinars, library resources, and more. We want to ensure that you have the best experience, and you learn all that you can. That’s also why we have created our personalized digital health options and our expressive arts therapy—to provide you with an opportunity to unwind and treat yourself properly.

Community Hangouts, Travel, and Co-Working Opportunities

For women who work independently and are seeking a community of other cancer patients and survivors, we also provide a number of resources. We have an exclusive and complimentary virtual co-working opportunity at designated hours, access to destination travel exclusive to the membership, and access to hangout groups online and offline.
